Structure and risk
Who holds what, and what you are taking on.
Most sites put this in small type at the bottom. It is a top-level page here because the structure is the part worth understanding before the numbers.
- Holds the account and the money
- Vantage
- Trades it under mandate
- MM Forex
- Own the account
- You
- Base currency

01The structure
Your money sits at the broker
The account is opened in your name at Vantage Markets and funded directly with them. MM Forex LTD is granted authority to trade it under a mandate you sign, and that authority is what the mandate says it is — you keep the login, the statements and the withdrawal destination.
Who is regulated for what
Vantage Markets is the regulated party in this arrangement: it holds client money, processes deposits and withdrawals, and answers for how it does so. MM Forex LTD acts as the trading manager on that platform and is not itself a licensed financial services provider — so the protections that attach to the broker attach to the broker, not to us.
It is worth being precise about that, because “regulated” gets used loosely in this industry. The account and your money sit with a regulated broker. The trading decisions are ours.
What you are taking on
Trading carries a risk of loss, and leveraged trading can lose money faster than the underlying market moves. You may lose some or all of what you invest, and you should not invest money you cannot afford to lose or expect to need.
The record on this site covers since June 2026 and includes a maximum drawdown of 28.55% — a period where the account fell that far from its peak before recovering. A drawdown of that size, or larger, can happen again. Past results do not indicate future results.
The strategy itself is proprietary and not published. If knowing the method is a condition of investing, this is not the right arrangement for you, and that is a reasonable position to take.
02Before you commit
Three things you can check yourself, without asking us.
The broker holding the account. The mandate you are asked to sign. And the live trading record, drawdown included. Check those three before you commit anything.
Read this, then look at the record.
Both are on the table before anyone asks you for anything.
